Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Corporate Headquarters location in Lancaster, PA.

 

Time and Attendance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting payroll operations by overseeing the weekly and bi-weekly processing of employee time records. This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of timekeeping data, coordinates adjustment workflows, and audits leave of absence data. Additionally, the role provides administrative support for SAFE Act compliance and serves as a backup to the department administrative assistant. It is responsible for continuous improvement of assigned duties with a focus on optimizing the digital employee experience.



Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly and bi-weekly timecard processing, including locking/unlocking timesheets, updating statuses, and submitting payroll files, collaborating when necessary with benefits, HR, and payroll partners to prepare files for payroll processing
  • Review and audit employee timesheets, leave of absence (LOA) data, and timecard exceptions for compliance and accuracy
  • Monitor and act on payroll-related communications and adjustment requests via RemedyForce
  • Prepare and submit weekly adjustment files in accordance with payroll schedules
  • Provide administrative support for SAFE Act compliance, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation
  • Serve as department administrative assistant backup including inbox triage, calendar support, and documentation upkeep

 

Additional Responsibilities
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and the digital employee experience


Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years customer service experience. (Required)

2 or more years payroll processing and timekeeping. (Required)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Attention to detail and high data accuracy (Required)
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (Required)
  • Familiarity with timekeeping platforms (e.g., UKG/UTM) (Required)
  • Ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven tasks (Required)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

 

The hourly rate for this position is $21.59 - $35.96.
